I'm recently returned to the site, and just wanted to say hello!
I love all the aspects of brewing-- creating new recipes, conducting science experiments, building more gadgets for my hobby, and of course DRINKING my creations. :wink:

I my self am not a brewer but the hobby is very interesting i used to work for a carnival that played a spot in wset virgina and let me tell u best damn home brew i ever tasted them backwoods boys know their stuff
