  2. These people are just unreliable. After a lot of unexplained downtimes, they just decided to bring my VPS down. The reason? DMCA abuse. When I asked them why they shut it down since they don't care about dmca, they answered that I had cost a lot of money since they needed it for the lawyers!!! And of course the VPS just shut down a little bit after I payed them. A few days later, they sent me the invoice for the next month. Awful services. Stay away from them

  60. If the copyright owner is serious enough about taking the case to a court of law, you would need to spend $XX'XXX on lawyer to build a counterclaim. And there is no guarantee that you are going to win. So image the business model: I take $7 a month to host a website. 3 months later, I have charged $21 but there is a DCMA request that I am going to challenge on behalf of the customer. Pay $25'000 to a solicitor to come with me to court. We lose the case and we have to pay $30'000 fees to the other party and take down the website... I mean, it doesn't make any sense.
