Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon 'encouraging terror.'
It was related to statements Ban, the UN Security Council said that it is human nature for the oppressed people to resist occupation.
In a speech that Ban also condemned the events stabbing committed by Palestinians against Israelis in recent time.
"The UN secretary general statement that encourages terror," Netanyahu said dlam statement. "There is no justification for terror."
Monday (25/1), a 24-year-old Palestinian woman suffered serious injuries as a result of being stabbed in West Bank settlement -penikaman third within 10 days. Two Palestinian attacker was shot dead by a security guard.
Already more than 155 Palestinians, 28 Israelis, an American citizen and a citizen of Eritrea were killed in a series of violence since October.
Most of the Palestinians killed were the perpetrators of the attack, Israeli officials said.

On Monday, two Israeli women were also attacked in Beit Horon, near Jerusalem.
A girl aged 13 years was shot dead while trying to stab a security guard, Israeli police said.
'Destroying, instead of establishing a state'
In the Security Council, Ban said that the attacks were motivated by "feelings of isolation and despair deep" among Palestinians, especially young children.
"Frustrated Palestinians grows under the weight of half a century of occupation and paralysis of the peace process," he said.
"As demonstrated by the oppressed in all ages, is a human nature to resist the occupation, which often is a potential incubator for hatred and extremism."

UN chief condemned the stabbing by the Palestinians, and condemned Israeli settlements.
He condemned the series of stabbings by Palestinians, but said also that the Israeli settlement construction program raises doubts about the seriousness of the country related to komitmennta on the establishment of a Palestinian state.
But Netanyahu blamed the Palestinians instead take steps that do not lead to the formation of the state.
He also said, the UN has long since lost their neutrality.
"The Palestinians are killers do not want to establish a state, they want to destroy a country, and they menyatakannay aloud," Netanyahu said.
"Not for the peace of their murder, and not to kill their human rights," he added.
