  1. Hearing "no" use to insult me. Mainly because I very rarely seek (or ask for) help from anyone (whole nother topic). And truthfully, I'm a little spoiled too. Now? Hearing "no" motivates me! It inspires me because it always pushes me to the right "yes"! I'd rather hear the real answer (no) upfront, than get a "yes" from someone who performs like a "no" and I end up wasting my time.
