  27. The most promising black-hat technique I've heard of are PBNs. However, they seem very hard to set up and run. I can imagine people who are good at it (i.e. people who can invest a lot of time and money) can boost just about any website.

  54. 1) Sponsored posts (which are more or less white hat)
  55. 2) Paid links on homepage/footer/existing article (more risky if you're reported)
  56. 3) PBN links (which could include 1) & 2) but they are totally forbidden by Google. If the PBN holds, you're good but it's common PBN are busted and all the websites got a manual penalty and are desindexed)
