  3. I would have some things to ask, I beg your pardon first of all if they are elementary things, but in this field they are really nothing.

For those residing in most of Europe (or even so much in the rest of the world) the site is totally regular, but in Italy even if as already said there is a sentence of the constitutional court in favor of these types of sites, you risk however having to go to court with all the hassles of the case

  37. So as i stated you want the domain in someones elses name, so if it does goto court as the domain is in their name then they would be liable and in trouble and not you, so the risk is theirs and you get away free.

  43. If there is nothing illegal then you should not be worried about to be a domain owner. If you are going to do some activities oppose to rules in the country then you should worried.
  45. You could register a foreign company that does not have public information.

  48. Then put the domain in that companies name. In Panama for example, it is very common to have a director of the company that you could use as well for the registration leaving your name off it, but retaining your rights to the domain as the owner of the company

  66. This seems like an unsavoury website. I support charities which help trafficked people escape brothels and prostitution.
  67. I'm not sure what kind of hosting company would want to host this, if you find one, I wouldn't trust them.
  69. You should not be worried to be a domain owner. If this is legal according to law then do it by your self.
