  2. Fist and foremost, understand that Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing serious complications from COVID-19 illness.
  3. FACTS
  4. There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
  5. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.
  6. The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.
  7. Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).
  8. Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes or talks.
  9. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.
  10. Some recent studies have suggested that COVID-19 may be spread by people who are not showing symptoms.
  11. Common symptoms:
  12. fever.
  13. tiredness.
  14. dry cough.
  15. Some people may experience:
  16. aches and pains.
  17. nasal congestion.
  18. runny nose.
  19. sore throat.
  20. diarrhoea.
  21. Do This
  22. 1- Have enough sleep and eat healthy to boost your immune system
  23. 2-wash hands frequently under running water, sanitize and avoid touching your face and frequent handshakes
  24. 3- Avoid crowds
  25. 4- Do not sneeze 🤧 or cough very close to people always observe manners and cover your nose 👃 and mouth with a face mask
  26. 5- seek medical attention quickly when u feel any of the symptoms
