Hosting Provider Allowing Phishing, DDOS, Email Spam and porn
The hosting (DDOS Protection) company https://ddos-guard.net/ is hosting the site <<snipped>> which is phishing hub and porn hub. They advertise on there site the ability to create phishing links to any website and to be able to send mass amounts of email spam from there server. Once signed up to the site and inside the community they also share huge amounts of porn as residing on there server. The host isn't responding to abuse complaints,

If you Google how to report a website you will find various websites that you can report the site/host to.
IP address looks to be owned by "DANCOM LTD" - a search for which returns a shared hosting provider. May be worth a look down that route.

Most countries now crack down on this sort of stuff pretty quickly.
Particularly if it is hosted in the UK or the US.
In fact in western countries it is a criminal offense to be even hosting copyrighted material let alone the other stuff that is mentioned.

There latest hosting is in Russia, the IP address 185.178.208.166 is hosted by Ddos-guard LTD (db-ip . com/185.178.208.166 ), but I found out earlier today Ddos-guard outsource there protection from reg.ru but they've not responded to my abuse complaint yet.

For some reason I can't seen anything supporting that and the site DANCOM LTD says they aren't affiliated with them whatsoever.
All I've done is looked up the IP that ddos-guard.net is hosted on, which is 190.115.26.90 and then looked up who owns that, which is AS262254 - whether you'll get anywhere with that line of enquiry I don't know.

Try sending a complaint to the domain registrar if the hosting company is not responding.
