The seventh match of the Matador BBQs One-Day Cup was played between New South Wales and Cricket Australia XI. NSW played first with wickets falling. Then the fourth wicket partnership put them in a good condition to cross 300 runs mark. After 50 overs they ended with 328 runs giving them a target of 329 runs to win. Chasing 329 runs to win the match Cricket Australia XI started well with good partnerships. But at the end they lost the match by four runs.
