How do article submission work?
I see that there are lots of article submission websites, my question is, can I post same particular article on websites that offer article submission? Or should I post unique article per website?

Rather than posting on Article submission sites (which is exactly what Google doesn't like), why not post on your own sites and try to drive some traffic to those posts?

If you optimize your articles, manage to rank for your target audience's queries, provide good information the incoming links will come naturally as people promote your articles for you.

You can do anything you want but why feed content to someone else's site when you could use it on your own site.
Some people have a hard time creating content for their own site. Why they worry about submitting duplicate articles around the net is beyond me.
BTW: Google went after article submission sites a few years ago. They are wise to that game.
But... if you have all the time in the world to write unique articles for your own site and for other sites to build your reputation as knowledgeable in your field... go for it

Well you can submit your article in one website only. If you publish one article in different article submission sites, Google or any other search engine will consider it a Duplicate content hence it will be a Black Hat SEO technique.
It would be better if you post article in one website and for other sites, create new contents (per new site).

Duplicate content isn't "Black Hat". Google just does it's own figuring in terms of which is the best source to promote as the "original", and the others get no "love".

As per my knowledge - Google like Unique and fresh content don't out so many anchor text on your article. your content should be meaning full and interesting

Don't submit the article more than 2 websites. Try to create the new one after 2 submissions. Or else you can curate and submit it by the different titles. And also dont use the exact anchor text in the article.
