Frigate Bay is not just one but two bays located in a single channel. These two bays are very close to each other and both are adjoined with the Southern Peninsula. The two bays in Frigate are named Frigate Bay North and Frigate Bay Beach. Frigate Bay North is commercially developed – it has a place called The Strip where crowds flock especially at night for some R&R. The Frigate Bay Beach, on the other hand, is a calm beach for those who love to swim and have some water fun.
