PTP4EVER is another really good PTP site, it provides you with 3 different promotional links 1 which will give you $2 per 1000 but it isn't compatible with autosurf sites like hitleap.
The second which gives $1.60 per 1000 hits which is compatible with hitleap and other autosurfing sites and the third which gives you $0.60 per 1000 which is also compatible with hitleap etc.
The minimum payout is only $120 and they pay out to Paypal, Payza etc.
I have been a member for a couple of months and have made over $250 so far.
