  3. Is it easy to tag along with groups in Morocco? It is funny how you describe Morocco… It seems like you went to Afghanistan instead. But I was wondering HOW this is a business…I mean how can you charge for scaring a person! The more genuine salespeople I met did not speak any English and were not so charismatic.
  4. I was barely able to escape the worse by what could only be described as a miracle. IN Nepal for example i would take some pictures of women washing their clothes in a stream, of boys fishing and so on…daily life. Wait for the connection. You can use a vpn on any device like an Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad.
  5. If my wife had been alone she might have a couple more stories to tell. My girlfriend and I did not, as we were on a 90-day RTW trip and had a solo limited budget. That is the way it is interpreted. In the instance that something has gone wrong on the meet-up, someone having this info could be invaluable. I am nervous about this and would really like your opinion about whether I should go or not. You can prime the adventures and misadventures of David and his husband at TwoBadTourists. As a Moroccan, having small poeple in my family, giving money is not a part of our customs.
  6. Is Morocco Safe? - There are plenty of people to help you, for a price. That way you can look them up.
  7. Hey, Just wanted to find out if anyone has any experience of visiting as a gay couple? We're two young guys 20 and 22 , who want to visit Marrakech, but are worried that we're going to get trouble for staying together or because we're two male tourists without any women. We're intending to stay in a hotel, because we thought that they might not have as much of a problem with it as a Riad, but I just wanted to see if anyone has any advice or any comments about it. We don't look particularly 'gay' as such... Are we being over worried about it? If you are normal people I can't imagine that you will have any problems being two males travelling together. If you don't want to draw attention to yourselves in the hotel it may be an idea to book a twin room rather than a double bed. I have come across many gay travellers and people who live in who act normally and have not encountered issues. As long as you don't try to push your sexuality on to other people you shouldn't have any issues. One thing 'though: overnight stays by guests of the visitor s are not permitted and the brigade touristique will follow up on this. This applies to both genders and unmarried straight couples.
