I have found an absolute gem of a chatroom online, it is called coinchat, it has a great admin and community, the idea is that you just chat as per normal and as you engage in the conversations you are paid random amounts of mBTC.
It isn't a faucet though so beware there will be days where you earn next to nothing, but then there are days where you could earn quite a lot.
I have personally earned well over the 9mBTC mark and have only been a part of the site for about a week
