I am thrilled to be part of Egon Zehnder's 2020 Global Board Diversity Tracker, their bi-annual report that has tracked gender diversity on boards for the last 16 years.
But I am even more excited to have been included in their new initiative for this year's report--expanding into racial, ethnic, and LGBTQ+ representation. I spoke with Simon Page on the importance of creating a safe environment to discuss sexual orientation openly.
