  3. Again, the problem is not on the laptop or mobile devise. I hate your kinds of companies, where we have nowhere to call and nobody to speak to about our issues. I had raised a ticket with Samsung. I'll be upset at Sony if they pull the plug on the app instead of fixing it.
  4. And I have tried and tried and tried again. Sony need to sort this out fast - they are already losing customers. I have the same problem.
  5. Youtube não é mais bem com dispositivos antigos: https:? I some way it feels like the youtube app is completely disjointed from Smart Hub now. I've attempted to contact tech support for this issue but I typically get complicated highly technical solutions that I don't find very helpful. I have tried other stations and the same thing happens. Same here, from a cursory glance on google it seems a lot of people are having this issue, too many to just be random, mine was working last night, came home from work and it won't play videos, I assumed it was just a minor issue and it would resolve itself shortly, watched a movie on netflix, still not working, took a nap, still not working, has anyone found a solution yet??
  6. YouTube TV - I have to activate it every time I want to watch it on my smart Blu ray player.
  7. It only happens with this app and nothing else. The screen is black in the lower right side of the screen. It's like two black rectangles one starting from the top of the right side of the screen, and the other from the bottom left side, and meeting in the bottom right corner. Picture is cut off and is very annoying. For about 3 weeks now I have had a constant problem with YouTube activation. I have to activate it every time I want to watch it on my smart Blu ray player. No problems with my two tablets or my cell phone. The Google monster is determined to mess up a whole lot of peoples accounts by various means and methods and problems such as this. What is wrong with this picture. Samsung and Google forums have hundreds of complaints about the problem. Google points the finger at Samsung. Samsung claims to offer support for YouTube. Samsung tech support had me try various things to repair the problem but no one would pick up the phone and call engineering. If YouTube stops working in March then I will file a complaint with The California Department of Consumer Affairs. You can purchase this device for approx £30 that suits any smart tv with a usb, which is basically all of them. This means anything from the internet can be played through the device and onto a telly. I have a samsung and it works fine. Its even available in airport shops in the uk. As it is no longer supported, there isn't much we can do about it. Old Hippie 99 said: For about 3 weeks now I have had a constant problem with YouTube activation. Youtube and Google are useless and gready for certain and I am totally disgusted since they are all blaming each other and no help for the consumers. I also have a drama sony smart tv youtube app not working that the volume won't work when watching YouTube. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone yesterday with Samsung with virtually the same problem. I am totally fed up with Samsung. They are not in that business. Next time, I will purchase a low cost television and a separate sony smart tv youtube app not working. This reset is different to the one that you performed.
