With instant on on the tv never really turns off. Therefor when netflix has this issue it can't do an actual restart unless the tv can shut down completely. Yes Samsung needs to fix this. The problem, I believe, is with Netflix. I am going to dump Netflix and try to install a proxy server for Netflix - legally of course. I am getting 16mbps and Netflix says I am getting 0. When it was done and the Netflix tile was available again I clicked on it and everything was working again. Don't know if that will work for anyone else, but it got me back up and running without having to go through the horror show of Samsung support so give it a try.
