Visit the Ruaha National Park to see the largest national park in all of Tanzania. It was relatively small before. However, when the Usango Game Reserve was added in 2008, it officially became the largest. In case you were wondering, it ranges up to 20, 226 square kilometres. Formerly, many elephants roamed the national park. Resident species include the different species of hornbills. You can also see cheetahs, African Lions, and the protected African Wild Dog.
