Players begin with constructing mining towns, and mines as the population grows more and more mine workers are available. 
Mine workers are paid a wage, and some are salaried. You can choose a number of permanent and temporary workers. 
Permanent workers work even if you offline,depending on their assigned tasks. 
If the task is completed and you do not assign another they will continue to earn a wage.
The workers work on a clock of 8 hours a day with one our break. You can assign the workers into shifts, shifts can be overlapping.
