  3. Everything they said was missing was going to be easy and cheap to replace, just go on eBay. Our dealers know all about the TrueCar Price Curve — they can see it when they set their pricing. We cannot hold a vehicle off the market without a deposit.
  4. A Price Curve For Every Car Every new vehicle on TrueCar has a unique price curve data visualization that shows you what your neighbors paid for that same car: make, model, color and style. We always do our best to put together a deal between our buyers and sellers! Since this letter, the passenger door has FELL OFF, the transmission had to be replaced and the engine is now failing.
  5. We don't recommend giving them fake contact information, however. The blame here needs to pointed at the history reporting company. According to CarFax - the car was in an ring previously but the damage was not severe enough to change the title status. I know that in this situation I truly have no recourse and have basically signed any rights away. We have not been rude or unprofessional with y. My bumper is also social off and sounds like it is going to fall off on the highway. Within 2 days the check engine light was back on for the same issue that they promised to resolve and clearly have not.
  6. Phone Number Required - We've sold to over 25 different countries!
  7. PREGNANT WOMAN PUT AT RISK BY THIS DEALER - We bought a 2015 GMC Acadia two months ago for MY PREGNANT WIFE. It had been in a front end accident, but they assured and reassured me 5 times that the front air bags never deployed and that all their cars go through a thorough inspection and it is like new. The bumper looked like it was a little loose and they reassured me that if anything went wrong I could bring it back and they would take care of me. Well my airbag light is on airbags are NOT active and would NOT deploy if in an accident. So my 8 months pregnant wife has been driving this vehicle for 2 months with no airbags. I called in and have not received a call back yet. My business partner is an general counsel attorney so I have already sought legal guidance and will pursue with a free attorney to the max Nebraska Deceptive Trade Practices Act unless they take this car back. They straight lied about the air bags and their inspection clearly is not thorough, making them negligent in any accident which is so scary. Also, the AC quit working last week I drove it for the last week so my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter didn't have to suffer in the heat. My bumper is also falling off and sounds like it is going to fall off on the highway. This car lot is shady! My fiance and I purchased a 2011 Equinox with 47k miles from them and were told the vehicle had no issues. Upon pickup of the vehicle, after driving a mere 2 blocks from the lot, the check engine light came on. We drove the vehicle right back and were promised by the manager Ryan that they would make this right and correct the issues. They then kept the vehicle and claimed to resolve the issue. Picked up the vehicle and within driving it home the check engine light came on again.. Yet again we waited and picked up the vehicle. Within 2 days the check engine light was back on for the same issue that they promised to resolve and clearly have not. We returned it once again to them, and were now told by Ryan that this is our problem now and to take it elsewhere. I wouldn't be surprised if they were just clearing the check engine light codes and sending us on our way. Ryan told me during one call that they don't even have a full time mechanic. Take your business elsewhere! Worst buying experience of my life, total scam. They lied to me the entire time and when I got the car it was destroyed. I've poured thousands of dollars into my Jeep to get it to even liveable condition. Do not use them! Here's the full email I wrote to them. They didn't even have the decency to answer. Since this letter, the passenger door has FELL OFF, the transmission had to be replaced and the engine is now failing. Any positive review on this site is surely falsified. I asked you repeatedly, on the phone and in the below email if there were any stains on the leather. You assured me that there weren't, but the passenger's side seat is stained with something that looks like grease or wine. I took it in for a full detail, and they steam cleaned the leather,, but there is nothing that can be done. At this point, my only option is to replace the entire seat, as I can't bear to have a brand new for me car that looks so sloppy. Truly, the condition of the leather was the most important thing to me, which I made clear. Whoever did the paint job did an awful job. None of it was taped off, so there is white paint and overspray all over the windows, trim and chrome of the Jeep. The detailer went over the entire car with chalk, and was able to get some off the windows, but much of it remains. There are also several areas where the body work is not complete. The frame on the hood doesn't meet the driver's side, the covers on the interior door handles are missing xxx and the driver's side passenger door frame is completely lifted off the frame. I'm disappointed that I purchased this vehicle knowing full well that several online reviews pointed to this scenario. I really trusted that you were being upfront with me, and now I feel unbelievably naive. I was looking so forward to getting a new car after so many years, and now I just feel upset every time I look at it. I know that in this situation I truly have no recourse and have basically signed any rights away. I'm hopeful that you will agree that, as I bought this car sight unseen, with your word that these imperfections did not exist, then I am due some sort of reparations. This would cover the cost to detail the car, as well as the covers for the door handles. With this gesture of good faith, I will not pursue this matter further. I look forward to your response. Best, I was in the market for a new car. I saw that they had a 08 Subaru WRX posted on a Sunday however they are not open on Sunday's. I went to the car lot and looked through the glass to see the car and it looked decent. I called and asked if they could hold it for me since I lived 4 hours away and only came to Omaha on the weekends. The only stipulation being that I had to show up by the time the hold was up the following Saturday. I reiterate that I WAS TOLD the deposit WAS refundable EVEN IF called and said I DID NOT want it anymore. After further researching the cars history I found out that it had multiple owners through various states in a short period of time AND had a salvage title. Though the title is now clean all of these issues made me not want to deal with a car that would ultimately cost me more money than what it was worth. I was told that I am an idiot t for not carfaxing the car before holding it. While I agree that this is a learning lesson for me it is UNPROFESSIONAL and insulting and they should be embarrassed that this is the way they treat potential buyers. They said that I would not be getting my money back as they lost 4 buyers due to the car being on hold. Long story short- do not buy from this dealership. They will lie and cheat you out of as much money as they can and are not willing to come to a positive resolution for the issue at hand. Car was sold as being in excellent condition. A couple of hundred miles later the brakes go out and we find out that it is so bad that the repairs far exceed the value of the car. We were promised some help with repairs, they never called back. I know that used cars as sold 'as is' but that doesn't mean you get to lie about the condition. Reason for reporting the review: Please state your concerns regarding this review.
