I’ve recently graduated their RYT500 (500hrs) YTT course and I loved every minute of it. You’ll learn so much, from hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, ashtanga, yin, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, analytics, etc. Interestingly enough they’re also a world leader in aerial yoga training. It’s such a diverse group of instructors with a wide range of experience and an incredible community #uluyogafam. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this excited and positive that I actually had to leave a comment and share it with you guys.
