Step 1: visit CoinByCall.com and create an account. Alternatively' download the app from app store and create an account that way(you will need to do this anyways for convenience.)
Step 2: add unlimited international calling to your mobile carrier plan if you don't already have it. Most carrier have this for an additional $10-$15 onto of regular bill.
Step 3: call numbers that are listed as fixed/hardlines. (DO NOT try calling numbers listed under mobile or VOIP, these are not usually covered by Unlimited International plans and will incur charges) once you find the highest possible paying number that works and doesn't incur charges. Mute it (take it off speaker and lower volume)
Step 4: assuming you did everything correct' you're good to go but here are some tips:
