  30. I am using https://sendy.co/ to send mass emails and yes, it has mail tracking - how many were opened and much more. It's not free but works.

  38. I checked and I think it does not do that. Here is a sample of the stats for a newsletter I had sent:
  40. 42.79% opened 86 unique / opened 144 times

  70. No, you use their smtp server. Used it only for whitehat stuff. No idea how they handle Blackhat techniqus.

  77. You can use a SelfHosted. Email Marketing Software like: MailWizz, Sendy there are some other software, search online you will find.
