Make sure you get the receipt and keep it, it may come into play later on.
STEP 2:

Now where it asks for you to “This is where you write your message:” type the following.
“I have recently visited the Subway restaurant at the location (SUBWAY ADDRESS HERE).
I must say I’ve been a fan of Subway for a while now, but the staff were just completely ignorant and unprofessional.
The subs were made so dysfunctional and just looked a complete mess.
I will provide any further information you may need to fix the problem, but I will not return to that store again.
I have never been so humiliated by a restaurant, and would like the headquarters address the issue.
I hope something will be done about this, or I will be forced to contact the corporate office.”
STEP 3:
Now click the submit button on the bottom of the page, and you will shortly receive an email regarding the issue that you have just submitted on there feedback site.
You may respond to the email if it’s from an actual Subway representative.
The rep will ask what can be done to find a solution to your problem, either reply or not.
The email is completely optional!
Now simply wait about 7-14 business days, and your coupons and or gift card will arrive in the mail
