3.1 To implement management decisions, procedures, and instructions concerning billing activities.
3.2 To propose new procedures and systems for improvement in billing activities.
3.3 To prepare reports on billing activities for the information of management.
3.4 To ensure that commissioning data of each gas consumer is brought on computer master file in the Data Processing section so that no consumer remains un-billed.
3.5 To arrange in time / regular meter readings of all gas consumers.
3.6 To prepare defect reports of consumers whose meters are found defective and need replacement and forward to Distribution Department for replacement of meter.
