Fished a tournament at a place called Port Stephens over the weekend, one of Australia's most beautiful locations and a place I consider to have world class gamefishing. We placed 10th out of 111 boats - many of the boats we beat had world class fisherman working their decks, so we are pretty stoked about it.
Although I don't consider myself world class, I always say that I'd rather be lucky than good. Here is a pic of a 300lb Blue Marlin that I caught, tagged and released. We also tagged and released another Blue Marlin of around 250lb and a 65lb Spearfish. Here is a pic of the 300lb'er I got, they're such amazing animals
