As title, is it worth it ? With having your domain marked as announcement, similar to a sticky. Will you really make good money with over 100k subscriber ? Provided it’s a relevant niche. Does anyone bought such kind of subreddit and make some extra or even made the money back from buying it

If you don't have experience with reddit and you don't plan to put serious effort into it, no. That's very expensive. The traffic on reddit can be hard to monetize, and you will not get lots of click from announcements. I have had affiliate links in my sticky/announcement for 2 years and got 0 free signups from them on a 4,000 person porn subreddit. I have many many subreddits and I just don't find the sticky/announcement to be the best way to promote it. Most people do not visit the subreddits homepage and when they do they are usually just skipping over the stickys and looking for porn in the thumbnail.
If it's a really specific niche that you can directly sell a product to, maybe. But if it's just like "bestporn," not for me. Maybe for under $500 if I really had some money to gamble with.
Probably the best way to monetize it is directly selling to the users. Not hiding anything. Make a thing called like "Thursday Recommendations" but better branding, and just make a post that says "Hey everyone, here is my weekly recommendations for paid sites and products. As always, these are affiliate links and I earn a small commission from anything you buy or sign up for. The money helps me stay motivated to provide the best content and keep it properly moderated."

You wouldn't link to the homepage of your tube site. You would post links to individual posts from the tube site. You would pick your best and favorite posts, make a great title for reddit, add a comment, repeat 3-4 times a day. However the users of the subreddit are using it now, that's how you would use it. But you can't spam even if it's your own subreddit. You will piss off your users and possibly even get the sub banned for spam. Technically even when it's your own subreddit, you are supposed to share content to other sites besides your own.

I can post links to my pages and no one is able to delete such messages, because I'm the only moderator. I can pin my messages on top of the subreddit to attract more visitors. Hell, if someone tries to spam their own site, I can easily delete them :D.

Only worried about the engagement. Usually some click into the links and leave the site in a second
Ask the seller to let you try the ads for a week before considering to buy. Hard to tell without any traffic/signup statistics.
