hosting stats show higher number than affiliate stats for type in traffic?
Is there any possible explanation for that other than the affiliate shave my traffic? I am trying to rule other things out first.
The traffic is from porn upload watermarked videos which would all be type in traffic so I don't see how bots would come into the equation. So what else could it be?

I will say I did have a javascript redirect on my hosting doing the redirect but I changed it to html redirect in case the user having javascript disable was the cause but it still doesn't add up.
This is a brand new domain and shows 10 - 20 traffic on awstats in the hosting yet the affiliate stats shows either 0 or only 1-2 traffic.
Is there any other reason I haven't thought of which could be the cause?
I checked my other domains too which get a couple hundred per day and they too are off by about 50 between the hosting stats and the affiliate stats.
EDIT: oh could it still just be random spiders crawling about the web? Since they would find the domain just on their normal crawling around?
Are you running ads or? If so - blockers might come into play.
No it is just a simple html redirect from the domain to the affiliate offer.
Some hosts count the requests vs the number of times a person actually loads and lands on your page.
