  3. We appreciate all feedback and want all our customers to enjoy there devices to the fullest. It was quick and easy, but I unfortunately don't remember what things he clicked on while he took control of it.
  4. At this point, we are aware of the power cycling issue and are working to resolve it. I followed an alternative step which i think would be helpful. My tv's software needed to be updated -- different from Smart Hub updates.
  5. The below permanently fixed my problem. What you need to do now is go to the options menu on your remote and press factory reset. If you do see the menu, the issue is coming from the external source and you need to test the cable and the source. The System Reset I believe does not go deep enough to the problem, as you can view the amount of stored memory and it never changes. Thank you to those who replied. This weekend I had to reset my smart hub due to an issues I was having with Netflix not loading. Allow the new apps to populate the Smart menus: this can take a minute or so depending on your internet speed. Hit the Menu button on Remote Step 3. Change the country code to the one you are not living in. You will find as you go to the apps after resetting, they are still cached in the memory. Enter the Pin Default pin — 0. I have searched and cannot find any workable fixes.
  6. Restore Default Settings on Samsung Smart TV Smart Hub - Samsung is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, arising from or related to use or reliance of the content herein.
  7. Last night my Netflix app stopped working. I'd click on the Netflix icon in Smart Hub and it would just go to a black screen and freeze the whole tv. So I decided to reset Smart Hub with the intention of redownloading all my apps, including Netflix, and starting anew. I reset Smart Hub and now none of the default apps work --- samsung apps, fitness, kids, social tv. Does anyone have any idea what's happening, here. I have no idea what to do now. I'm having the exact same issues. I reset the Hub and can't even get back into the apps store to re-download Netflix. And now it says it can't log into my account and says 'Network not connected' when the Internet is definitely connected. This thing has been nothing but samsung tv smart hub reset pain in the ass the last few months. Anyone find any solutions at all?. I ended up doing an online chat with a Samsung technician via the Samsung website. My tv's software needed to be updated -- different from Smart Hub updates. The tech took control of my tv and updated the software for me. It was quick and easy, but I unfortunately don't remember what things he clicked on while he took control of it. It was quick and easy and he seemed very knowledgeable via chat. I'd suggest that you go that route!.
