Our human resources comprises one administrator in the person of Mrs. Aisha Majanbu (C.E.O) an economics graduate of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with seen years human and financial resource managerial experience.
Equipment: we have modern and state of the art equipment that comprise industrial and computerized sewing machines:

- Design machine
- Over locking machine
- Standby generator
Operational plan:- Our operational plan consist use of locally sourced fabrics like kampala, Ankara, plain or flowered patterned chiffon fabrics, cotton fabrics etc.
Channels of distribution: - Direct retail sales, wholesalers, internet shopping platforms, boutiques, supermarkets, fashion show rooms etc.
Competitors : Our major competitors are the famous House of kaya and Sahara fashions we are all out to see that we meet and beat their standard our strategy we plan to hold fashion shows as frequent as possible advertise in fashion magazine, internet and social media where we have more active customers ; and mouth to mouth advert we will also give our customers a little disco unit when they refer customer to us
Customer Segmentation :- our target are the women and children . and in the process we will also sometime go out to get our acts from schools and government organization to make uniform
Rick factor: - power failure, which we will have a standby generator to tackle that. In case of natural disaster, like fire outbreak , we have insurance to tackle that
Weakness :- our weakness is when we are not able to meet the demand of our customers as and when due.
The future :- our vision for the next four years is not to be the among the leading fashion enterprise in Kaduna and Nigeria at large
We intend to maintain our value proposition and also capture other aspects of fashion in Nigeria . going international is another landmark we want to achieve
