Periodically I have to schedule meetings with other managers in different departments and teams to tell them how they’re fucking up and what to do to correct it. These managers are usually WAY older than I am and I want them to take me seriously so I usually wear a tie when I have these one on one meetings. I don’t want them to see through my professional facade and figure out that I spend most of my day surfing Gimps Gone Wild (It’s a real site and I swear once you see it you’ll have nightmares)
