I know you've heard people say this many times before, but the benefits of drinking plenty of water are endless. A few tips for getting plenty of water in your day for the first time is to put water bottles in every area you enter the house or work. So keep one on your desk, at your table, glass in the kitchen, bedroom, living room, etc. Try and drink all these glasses up, and you will be on your way to 8 glasses a day. The trick is to add a sip every few days; however, if you try to drink all that water at once, you will not tend to drink eight glasses again, hopefully! Have a walk, and it's incredible how beautiful you will feel.
