SAP want to reduced there implementation cost and consulting firm not interested to pay consultant because they pay money to SAP for getting business. So after paying certification fee SAP certified consultant was the only suffered. Because of SAP business model taking money from client who implement software and consulting firm who is there partner company who paid money to get recognition and sap certified consultant who has to pay for learning sap certification. So all money get only SAP not consultant so if want to earn money from sap became end user rather than became certified consultant.
