It seems profitable to me but I see nobody doing this so maybe I'm missing something.
Are you sure it's that easy to rank? I mean that can be a strategy but it won't be easy when there are lots of streaming giants with their inner pages.

The streaming giants are often taken down by Google, and they don't have a good seo.
The few niche sites I know have been online for years.

As long as you stay 'low' and able to avoid DMCA and deindexation it should be profitable. Just because no one does it doesn't mean that this approach won't work. Many successful businesses were built because no one else was doing it. Besides that, with 100s of websites even if some get hit with DMCA you have plenty left generating profit and enough time to replace the dead ones.

What I'm gonna do is create the sites a few months in advance, for example I will have a site aleady setup and optimized for the next Marvel movies. I will schedule some posts to keep the site alive at the eyes of Google. Not sure if it's gonna work
That's a creative forward-thinking approach. Like they say, always be one step ahead of the competition. You'll never know if it's going to work until you try. All the best!
Good Idea, but i have some reservations.
If you stream videos, for tv series. Your server's Data requirements will be extremely high. You will have to fly under - Radar. If Not controlled, then ACE -Anti Piracy Group will strike you down.
You will expect higher traffic but with higher traffic you might just bring spotlight on your site.
Shutting down smaller sites is easier for Anti Piracy Group, and you might not even earn enough to fight them.

These are some of my concerns.
If it were so easy everyone would have spammed this niche to death, it’s not at all easy and in fact you’ll have to spend a lot on seo, then also be careful of dcma voilations, and google may even take your site down
