i got mine for the first time but failed for the second times
requirement:
1. phone number (active)
2. email address (prefer gmail)
3. paypal (verified/not verified is fine)
guide:
1. prepare an active phone number (needed for verification)
2. after succeed they will give the link to enter email, paypal & shipping address
3. this time, enter any usa address (fake), paypal address (no need verified) & they will email your transaction
4. reply their email & tell them you want to change shipping address
5. this time, enter your real address & wait till they send a confirmation link
6. confirm it & they will say your order will be processed
