(WALTHAM, Mass.) – The performing artist who played Luke Duke in the 1980s TV program "The Dukes of Hazzard" is confronting foul threatening behavior and medication charges in Massachusetts.
The Middlesex head prosecutor's office says 65-year-old Tom Wopat is booked to be charged Thursday in Waltham District Court.
Waltham police said they couldn't instantly discharge subtle elements on what prompted the charges. A lawyer wasn't recorded for him.
Wopat was booked to show up in a generation of "42nd Street" at the Reagle Music Theater of Greater Boston, which is situated in Waltham. The execution's premiere night is Thursday.
