Along with our Joint Venture partners, Gary Sewell CLOVERCOURT HOMES LIMITED, we are excited to have exchanged contracts to acquire a Greenbelt site, just outside of Stevenage. We can't wait to submit our planning application for a scheme of multiple houses very soon.
