  1. I use my own form of meditation but I have read about a few other kinds in books like Be Here Now and The Life of Milarepa.
  2. My method has changed over the years but this is what I do now: I pay all attention to my body, relaxing every muscle just by being aware of them and how my whole system operates as one. Then I direct my attention to something more specific, usually my heart. After focussing on my heart and becoming very relaxed I then send my attention to the breathe. I try to do this with little to no mental activity. After a while of that I send the attention and energy gained through my breath and my heart up to my mind by increasing my mental activity, i.e. thinking about things i deem important. This is when i take a chance to observe things like astral projection ( which I have never completed, only the preliminary stages ), trying to find and listen to Aum, visions, using my mind like an antenna for astral entities. I find these experiences very often to be the highlight of my day.
