My Reflection To The Article IV Section 6; COMPETENCY STANDARD
(Graduates of the BEED and BSED programs are teachers who? )
These articles that emphasize the competency standards of every individual is highly appreciated to the fact that we can diverse, jive, or compete to the very crucial changeable world.
If you are taking up Education course either BEED or BSED program, you need to have all the aspects in catering the competency standard of every school you may wish to work for.
To subsume the learning skills needed for higher learning; teachers must have lots of exposure in the field so that the level of literacy always craves for more. Communication as well must be realize because upon facing to the learners the teacher must have the proper enunciation of words, articulation of every sentence should realize so that the transmission of knowledge is accurate and well justified. Professional Ethics of the teachers should always be on their pocket cause that would serve as the scale of who you really is as a teacher in profession. Teachers must have a wide range of comprehensive knowledge so that from the time of the teaching proper, whatever questions of the students you can answer them quickly seems like just a snap of your finger. From here also you can create good relationship towards the students you handled, Trust in a sense that they gave 100% to you as a reliable source of all the things they wish to ask for. Innovation must also be the partner of the teacher in evaluating the effectiveness of such approaches in molding the life of the students.
Consequently, The teachers to be able to compete they need to be flexible enough in order to cop up the trends in every generation arises. Being a teacher is a lifetime commitment that you should fulfill the mission of building a new life, a passage of transmitting information/ knowledge to the learners.
Therefore, as a future educator I must abide all the criteria of a competency standard so that I may able to hit the trend of every innovation of the curriculum due to the demand of the market.
